I have used this company twice now and each time the service has been great. Just a phone call is all you need and the wonderful reception person will organise the rest. the report was timely and well presented overall great service

These guys did a very professional and quick turn around for our building and pest inspection on a property we just purchased, we also received a call on the completion of the inspection to give us a quick fill in about the report which than followed with an email of photos and the report of the property and they also assured us to call if we had any question.

Bob showed up on time (even a little early) and did a fairly thorough walk through. He pointed out areas of concern and sent a well written report. He was helpful and open to a telephone conversation if there was anything I wasn't sure about. I would definately recommend Local Building and Pest to inspect if you require their service.

From the get-go Stacey from Local Inspections was professional yet friendly and offered much information prior to my inspection. My calls were answered promptly and the house inspection by Bob went well. He was prompt and very thorough with his report. Although he couldn’t access many areas of the property he was able to give me a qualified opinion of what he saw and the implications and write an easy to understand report backed by photos detailing both major and minor defects and work needed to be carried out. The report saved me many $$$ and I’m grateful to Local Inspections for giving me a clear understanding of the property so I could make an informed decision. I didn’t invest in the property but will definitely use them again.
