Site Visit

One of our highly trained building and timber pest inspectors will visit your property to inspect. They will discuss defects that are identified and provide advice about who you should contact for repairs. If you choose to repair any items, a reinspection can be organised and the report updated to remove the items.

Report sent within 24 hours of inspection

Reports are often available the same day, but within 24 hours of the pre-sale building and pest inspection. The report will be in your name but you are welcome to share it with potential buyers should you wish to.

Report is changed into the buyers name

The buyer can read but not rely the report if they are not named on the report. The buyer pays a fee to have the report changed into their name. If there is no buyer for the property after 8 weeks, the vendor pays the balance of the fee.

including walls, floor, ceiling, windows, doors, bathroom, laundry, stairs and cupboards.

Roof void
subject to safe and reasonable access

Exterior
including stairs, garage, external finishes, gutter, eaves, porch, weep holes and ventilation, external door components.

Sub floor
subject to safe and reasonable access

Roof exterior
subject to height restrictions, including gutter and down pipes.

Property within 30m of the building
including fencing, retaining walls, driveways, paths, surface drainage.
