A building and pest inspection is a thorough visual assessment of a property to determine its current condition. Ultimately, it enables both buyers and homeowners to make an informed decision about the property. There are several aspects to an inspection which include:

1. The building inspection
   • The inspector will look for building defects both major and minor, safety hazards and defects that affects the liveability of the property.
2. The pest inspection

3. Checking the interior
   • An evaluation of the interior of the property, looking for any issues with walls, ceilings, floors, and other elements.
4. Checking the exterior

5. Assessing the roof
