Why do you need a building and pest inspection?

Chris has also spent time working for pest control company specialising in termite inspections and treatments.

Chris holds QBCC licenses for building, timber pest inspections and building inspections. In addition, he is qualified with QLD Health as a pest management technician.

Chris has a thorough understanding of building construction, with high attention to detail. He explains any defects to his clients with clarity and in a solution focused manner.

Chris is friendly and always available to discuss the report following the inspection, should you have any follow up questions.
